The FC Tours program offers virtual tours globally, allowing visitors to see what it’s like to work in an FC as well as get a glimpse of the great technology and people that make Amazon what it is today. 

From our world class Tour Leaders to the FC Tour experience itself, we strive to create a fun experience, and we think you just might learn something in the process.

If you’ve ever wondered how that product in your online shopping cart gets from Amazon to you, now is your chance to come see for yourself.  Even in person, the scale can be difficult to grasp. Many centers for example, span the equivalent of 28 football fields and can hold tens of millions of items on any given day. Our amazing employees pick, pack, and ship Amazon customer orders at more than 175 similar facilities worldwide. We are proud to showcase our FC Tour program and we look forward to your visit.

Nothing’s more important to us than the health and safety of our employees and guests, and we’ve made the decision to pause public Fulfillment Center tours as we continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation in communities around the world.
